Does Usage Of Kojiglo Cream Help In Curing Hyperpigmentation Spots On Face?
Hi, My dermatologist has prescribed me kojiglo cream for hyperpigmentation spots on face and said that it is OK to apply it all over the face and not just the problem areas. On my face I have a hypopigmentation spot as well so is it OK to apply kojiglo cream on a hypopigmentation spot? Or will it make the hypopigmentation spot even more lighter?
As per your query you have hyperpigmentation spots on face which could be due to your underlying systemic condition and excessive exposure to UV rays.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to
-Wash your face with mild soap twice a day and apply Kojivit cream.
-Protect your skin from excess sun exposure as it can worsen the condition.
- You should apply vitamin E oil at night before going to bed.
If the condition doesn't get improved in a month then consult dermatologist again for proper examination. The doctor may prescribe corticosteroid cream and retinoids. You can go ahead with Kojiglo cream for shorter duration. The doctor may recommend chemical peeling or dermabrasion depending upon the severity of the condition.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Regards, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
