The bleeding you had must be breakthrough bleeding which normally occurs within 3 weeks of intake of this pill. You should not be much concerned about it. If bleeding occurred for 2-3 days & then stopped then 2-3 days later you again started bleeding then second time bleeding means you have got your periods now. This bleeding is different from her period & is normal feature of intake of emergency contraceptive pill & means that intake of postinor 2 was successful in preventing pregnancy. This bleeding is due to high dose of levonorgestrel in the pill, which disrupts your normal menstrual cycle & cause this type of bleeding. If the bleeding is not stopping or getting heavier then you could take tranexamic ascid for reduction of flow. You could take normal nati-inflammatory like ibuprofen/acetaminophen for abdominal pain Refer to a gynaecologist if problem persists Don t worry you would be fine Hope this information helps
