Does Using Hydrogen Peroxide In Ears Cause Any Damages To Ear?
I recently had some sudden hearing loss in one ear due to suction on my ear. I have an appointment with an ENT, but I just put some hydrogen peroxide in my ear to help clear it out. However when I did so my hearing felt different in that ear and I want to make sure that this was not damaging to my ear.
Chemicals like hyrogen peroxide are best avoided in the ear. A proper comment on any damaging effect of the chemical can not be made without a detailed examination of the ear. it would be most prudent to discuss the issue with the ENT specialist you are visiting.
