Does Using Of Clexane For Long Time Cause Nerve Damage?

I am 55 years old male and I am a kidney patient undergoing haemodialysis three times a week for the past six months now. Three months ago, I had bleeding inside my eyes and my doctor suggested that I use clexane instead of heparin during dialysis so that the inside of my eye will not bleed further. I have been using clexane for three months now, a full dosage of the syringe each time. Recently I experience some nerve problems on my feet, leg and all over the body like numbness and tinging on my feet and some parts of my body. My feet feel heavy each time I walk because of the numbness. I am a diabetic for the pass twenty years. Should I continue using clexane or return back to heparin? Does clexane cause nerve damage if used continuously and high dosage.
