Does Vaginal Pink Discharge Signify Implantation Bleeding?

Hi I missed my period at the beginning of this month I was supposed to start on December 8th I start at the beginning of every month or near the very end . I keep a calendar marking when I start and stop . Me and my boyfriend have been trying to get pregnant but as of three days ago I started having odd discharge the first day was very very light pink/ brown colored discharge and this went away the next day . Yesterday night I started bleeding and assumed I have my period now but I'm having pink like creamish discharge . Definatly not red like blood . I have no pain no itching no burning or anything . I am having slight cramping but I'm wondering what this pink colored discharge is and I'm bleeding so little that most of it turns brown . I have no idea if this is implantation bleeding or what . I also was told I have genital warts at the beginning or this year for a bump I found on my opening .i have no bumps or anything now and never used any type of medicine for my "wart" .i currently still am on no medication or form of birthcontrol . My body has felt like I've been hit by a truck for the past month now and when I say that I mean everything hurts I can barely lift my body up when I wake up .i guess I'm just trying to find answeres thank you for the help

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Scanty flow during periods is called hypomenorrhea.
It can be seen due to causes like hormonal imbalance, thyroid abnormalities, anemia etc.
Just by change in the amount of the flow and by symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion regarding pregnancy.
You once go for urine pregnancy test.
If the test comes positive, the bleeding could be due to pregnancy issues.
In that case consult gynecologist, get examined and take tablets to stop the bleeding.
If the test comes negative, the possibility of pregnancy is less and the bleeding could be menstrual flow.
Take care.
