General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, First you must conduct Urinary Pregnancy test (UPT). The Pregnancy kits are available at medical stores. The result of that test will decide whether you are pregnant or not. Secondly the chances of you getting pregnant on taking pills are very very few. But If you are pregnant then you should decide whether you want to continue it or not.
Still there are few days left for your periods to arrive. My advice is to wait till that time. Meanwhile, the blood from vagina during urination is may be due to force applied in the perineum and some injury in the vaginal wall. You should visit a gynecologist and get your vaginal examination done.
Hope this will help you.
