Does Varicocele Cause Lower Back Pain With Pain In Testicles?

So I have Varicocele grade 3 and I m getting lower back pain. My lower back feels sore all the time. I got an X-ray done in Mexico and they said that its on my left testicle but the pain sometimes affects my right testle as well. It usually bothers me more when I sit or stand for a while.

Hi dear User, welcome to HCM.

Varicocele is related to pain in the genital area. However The pain can extend to inguinal area but not to lumbar area for example (lower back). This could be given to other comorbilitie, like herniated discs, or urinary infections (upper back pain, extended to inguinal area). This is not a definitive diagnosis. It is a presumptive diagnosis. And could be related to your activities, like job, or others.

Hope to be useful.
