hello Dr i am a 28 years old varicocele sufferer . it is really a problem for me for the past 11 years now. I feel alot of pain in my testes abdoment and anus. i am sexually very weak. i ejaculate even during the first minute of intercourse. please help me its like a nightmare. i live a very sad life
