Welcome to HCM. B12 is a water-soluble vitamin with a key role in the normal functioning of the brain, nervous system and for the formation of blood. Unabsorbed B12 from the intestine always passes through urine and might give some typical smell. It is better to go for serum B12 investigation and adjust the dose accordingly. Give more water and other liquids. Also ask your doctor to review her medicines and condition.
