General & Family Physician Dr. Ramesh M.Vachharajani's  Response
Hi,
Vitamin B12 is a nervine tonic so it will be helpful in Bell's palsy.
To give relief from pain some analgesic medicine should be given as and when required.
Continue with B12 shots or oral dose.
Ok and take care.
