Hi, Vyvanse is lisdexamphetamine which helps in attention deficit hyperactive disorder to improve the attention, concentration and fidgeting. Known side effects of the drug are nausea, vomiting, constipation, nervousness, dizziness, sweating, etc. Gardnerella is the known bacterial species present in the genital tract which provokes infection when there is outgrowth of the bacteria more than the normal amount. Immuno-compromised state also provoke the infection. Antibiotics are prescribed for such infections which cure the symptoms.
