I am totally confused. I am a 40 year old male. Had been bachelor throughout my life. Since i was a bachelor i was dependent on porn for my sexual satisfaction. i never had any relationships with any female till now. i used porn almost daily for masturbation (ofcourse hd porn) and its like almost daily routine. I never had any erection problem to porn till now.I exercise daily as well and healthy. But recently i came across in internet few articles regarding porn induced erectile dysfunction that watching porn will create an erectile dysfunction with a real female. In that case i would definitely have that ! since i dont have any previous sexual experience with a female and i am getting married this year, i am totally depressed and anxious about my future. On one side neuroscientist like Nicole prause says there is no such thing as porn induced erectile dysfunction and watching porn doesnt create it , others like doctor Sue varma says it exists. I am totally worried about my future. Please tell what is the truth and tell me will i recover completey if stop watching porn for 30 days? Thank you.
