I drank a small bottle of wine on the night flight (even though I normally do not drink alcohol)I have noticed that smell again since I came back 4 days ago but in a much lighter form. Please help

Does Wine Consumption Cause Paint Like Breath?
Hi, The smell in breath is secondary to the metabolites of alcohol in form of aldehyde and so forth. Maintaining hydration with plenty of liquids and avoidance of smoking will help greatly. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
