Does Withdrawal From Anastrozole Cause Any Adverse Side Effects?

What happens if I quit taking Anastrozole after only 1.5 months? I had a lumpectomy + additional tissue removal a month later...Stage 0, Estrogen Receptor 3+ intensity, 98 % cells & Progesterone Receptor, 3+, 94 % cells. Then 6 1/2 Wks of radiation. I m 68 & my mother died of breast cancer at 34 but was a smoker. I have never smoked. I m overweight but have joined a gym & I m working on it..5 1 170 lbs. thought the meds were doing okay but then got a bladder infection (haven t had one in 35 years, diarrhea and insomnia (never before), extreme hot flashes & muscle pains...I have osteo arthritis already...& have been taking Calciumphosphate .tired of the muddled thinking & lack of energy...not used to either
