Does Withdrawal From Lexapro Along With Klonopin And Seroquel Cause Any Side Effects?

My doctor has me taking Lexapro, Wellburtin, Klonopin, and Seroquel. When I look at interactions, it is alarming. Major interactions. I am more depressed than ever right now and do not know what to do. I am not an addict -- I follow doctor s instructions -- but I sure feel like I need to go to rehab as I have tried to wean off these types of medications twice and could not do it. I become a complete nervous wreck and cannot handle anything. Right now I am not living. I stay in my apartment, my husband supports me so I do not work and I feel worthless - yet cannot get going. Anyway, is it safe to take these medications together? I do not know what to do anymore.
