Dog's Teeth Scratched My Hand And Broke Through The Skin. Should I Be Worried?

Hello,
today my dog's teeth scratched my hand today and i'm pretty sure that it broke through the skin a little bit. it didn't bleed, but i did see red. He got his rabies vaccination on 2011 and his next one is due 2014. My question is, is it possible that he has rabies at all? I saw him foaming at the mouth a couple days ago, but we were walking and the vet said that the foaming/drooling could be due to a lot of things and very unlikely rabies. I have set up an appointment to see a doctor tomorrow. Should I be okay or should i be worried?

Thanks for your query.
Since rabies is a fatal disease so no chance can be taken.
I suggest you to get rabies vaccine as per schedule day 0,3,7,14,28.
Take three and observe dog for 10days ,in case dog is fine no need to take other 2doses.
