My daughter is 19 and 5 5 and weighs 173, she works out on an elipitical 3 days a week 2 miles and sometimes runs on the treadmill, if not the eliptical, she does a series of weights and can do a plank for 45 secs and the side planks 30 secs. She doesn t eat alot of junk, at least at home, what she does away from home which is weekends only when she goes out with friends. Her weight is gaining a 1/2 pound to a pound each week, and her blood pressure at the drs. was 130/100 and yesterday it was 134/86, he took her off of the birth control 2 weeks ago, and she hasn t had a period since Nov. 2011. Any ideas?
