Done Echo And Anatomic Diagnostic, Atrial Situs Solitus Showed Mild TR, Pulmonary Venous Connection Showed MR. Cure?
Hi my grandaugther which 9 yrs old had S/P PDA Device Closure last June. She had her last 2d Echo and the Anatomic Diagnostic is as follows and if this result is alarming.
Abdominal and Atrial Situs Solitus - Mild TR AV and VA Concordance - MILD AS Normal Systemic and Pulmonary Venous Connection - MR
Not very alarming in the report.. Situs solitus means normal locations.. Concordance means normal relation of chambers... TR is Tricuspid regurgitation; MR is mitral Regurgitation; AS is Aortic Stenosis – / likely part of the initial picture / nothing need be done for the valve lesions now / needs follow up by Paediatric Cardiologist - to assess progress
Take care Wishing all well God bless Good luck
