Done Echo And Anatomic Diagnostic, Atrial Situs Solitus Showed Mild TR, Pulmonary Venous Connection Showed MR. Cure?

Hi my grandaugther which 9 yrs old had S/P PDA Device Closure last June. She had her last 2d Echo and the Anatomic Diagnostic is as follows and if this result is alarming.

Abdominal and Atrial Situs Solitus - Mild TR
AV and VA Concordance - MILD AS
Normal Systemic and Pulmonary Venous Connection - MR

Can this be cured by medication?

Not very alarming in the report..
Situs solitus means normal locations..
Concordance means normal relation of chambers...
TR is Tricuspid regurgitation; MR is mitral Regurgitation; AS is Aortic Stenosis – / likely part of the initial picture / nothing need be done for the valve lesions now / needs follow up by Paediatric Cardiologist - to assess progress
