General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das

Firstly, the complete blood count indicates no definite abnormality except anemia . The increased lymphocytes is common in children below 7 years.

But, the Creactive protein is positive and higher than normal. It indicates presence of acute infection most possibly by the bacteria.

Typhoid is negative.

So, consult with your treating doctor for prescribing an antibiotic and also for further management.

After 1 year of age, HPLC study must be done to rule out any abnormality.

Regards.

Pediatrician Dr. E Venkata Ramana's  Response
Hi
These reports are sugesstive of some nonspecific bacterial infection as CRP is positive and mild anemia as hemoglobin is mildly decreased. So you consult you Pediatrician with your baby and he will examine your child clinically and he will correlate these reports with clinical findings and will guide you for the proper management of your child.
