Hi my name is Vinnie,I had hip recall operation second time in four years this time I think My hip flexer is damaged maybe I got back on bike to early I cannot raise /bend my leg to put on my pants it's that sore I've tried antinflamotory pills but scared to many will damage my liver,is there anything I can be doing to improve or speed my recovery,thank you so much.
