Done Hysterectomy. Have Pain During Urination, Fever. Taken Antibiotics. Possible Reasons?
My friend who is 50 had a hysterectomy 3 weeks ago and is experiencing pain when she urinates. She does not have a UTI but her gyno think she has some type of infection and but her on antibiotics last Friday. They are waiting 72 hours (should be tomorrow) for a culture to grow to determine what type of infection. I failed to mention that she was running a fever which is why they believe she has an infection. The fever seems to be in check now that she s on antibiotics, but the urination pain and stabbing pain symptoms have not gone away. Thoughts on what they should check or possible reasons?
hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns. i would come up with two most possibilities to fit your friend case.these include
1.first possibility is,PYELONEPHRITIS;besides constitutional symptoms, physical examination reveals marked tenderness on deep pressure in one or both costovertebral angels or on deep abdominal palpation.
2.second possibility is,RENAL STONES;confirm with ultrasound scanning for KUB.
treatment plan; i advise you taking Homeopathic medicines gives safe and permanent cure for her complaints consult your local homeopathic physician for correct diagnosis of the case and remedy to fit her complaints. I hope this is helpful for you, thank you
