My state is I made two semen analysis, the last on is yesterday , the result was

Viscosity :N
Liquification :20 min
Ph :8
consentration:98 x0000
progressive motile count : 14,7 x 0000
total motility : 50%
Rapid : 0
slow : 0
non progressive : 35%
Immotile : 50%
Pus cells : 0,1
vitality after pentoxifylline : %
agglutination : ++
abnormal forms : 90 %
Normal forms : 10 %
TZI : 1.5 %
SDI :1,4 %
Acrosomal index : 42%
Conclusion : Astheno TeratoZoospermia
My Question : from two years I made an analysis < and it was also bad , but I married and after 2 months , my wife was pregnant , and now I have a child of 1 year . But the problem here is that my wife want to take a mean of preventing pregnancy , but I think it is better not to take any thing as I think that my state gradually become worse , more ever I had made from 16 years The left testicle installation process . I think because of my state we must try to have a child as soon as possible , Because I am very worried and tense .

Hello.The ejaculate quality is measured for values ​​as volume,colour,viscosity,liquification,ph,consentration(you have these normal values)and others as morphology and motility.AsthenoTeratoZoospermia means that there is problems in morphology and motility of sperm.
Consequently their ejaculate is not of the highest quality for a natural pregnancy.
Cause of AsthenoTeratoZoospermia is,probably,testicle installation disease.
Ejaculate quality also decreases with age.
Have a child is a decision of you and your wife but she must know that your ejaculate quality is not good and,possibly,be worse in future(would have to use
artificial techniques for pregnancy)
