Done Septoplasty. Swelling Around Nose, No Bruising, Minimal Bleeding. How Long To Wait Before Smoking?

I had septoplasty surgery on tuesday and have been off extra strength tylenol for the last 3 days. The last two days I've been able to breathe through my nose and its not as clogged up but still not 100% clear. I stil have a little swelling in and around my nose but no bruising. There is minimal blood dripping and i no longer wear a gauze with tape to catch it. My question, as a regular marijuana user, is how long should I wait before I can continue to smoke again. The only thing that worries me is the smoke possibly infecting the cut in my nose. Is this a concern and are there any others regarding the use of marijuana 5 days after septoplasty surgery.

Now the absorption is increased, due to raw surfaces, the cut ends will be necrosed, and may require repeat the surgery. The time taken for repair depends upon the individual variation. As it is the nose better to avoid for at least one month. Thank you.
