Done Surgery For Degenerative Disc Disease And Osteoarthritis. Need Doctor To Prescribe Medicine
Hi my name is Michelle Trudell . I have recently lost my doctor as he say's he will no longer be in pain management .. I am sole support of this family.. I sell new cars for a living and I must stay working . I have had one back surgery I have degenerative disk diese and osto arthis. I can give you a list of med's if you would like I have been on these med's for a while now and they do work... I am looking for a doctor that can meet my need's. I had a terrible car accident may 4.2013 . I hopefully have a lawyer to pick that up. other wise I can not afford any more mri ct. scans all though I know I need them .. I am isurace poor rite now and have missed so much work.. I just need A doctor to help me..
