Hello
Thanks for your query.
The ultrasound report is essentially normal.
Your pregnancy is 25 wk 5 days by dates, and 24 week 4 days by fetal biometry, which are measurements of the baby.
A difference of one week is absolutely normal. Nothing to worry about.
The baby s heartbeat is okay.
Placenta and amniotic fluid around it are normal.
In essence, it is a normal ultrasound report.
So please don't worry.
Enjoy your pregnancy,
Take care.
