Dose Cimzia Help To Increase WBC Count While Suffering From Rheumatoid Arthritis?

My husband's rheumatalogist is recommending Cimzia for his rheumatoid arthritis.

He has been on methotrexate on day a week and then Remicade every 6 weeks.

His blood tests are showing low white count. Dr. is recommending the Cimzia

injections on a regulated basis in place of the other methotrexate and Remicade.

I am trying to become familiar with the drug.

methotrexate may be the cause of low WBC, reduce the dose of methotrexate and continue rest same... if your husband's disease is controlled than there is o need to change to cimza...
