Dose The Following Follicle Scan Report Suggest Multiple Pregnancy?

I was on Clomid-100 for 5 days and from my follicle scan report (on 14th day) R.O.F L.O.F F1 23*19mm F1 22*14mm F2 21*21mm F2 18*14mm F3 20*18mm F3 15*14mm What does this say? Is there any chance of multiple pregnancy??

Hello.
Your follicle scan report shows multiple mature follicles in the ovaries.
Multiple ovulations and multiple pregnancies (especially twins) is commoner in stimulated/assisted fertility techniques vs unstimulated cycles.
However it depends on how many rupture and get fertilised, usually resulting in a singleton pregnancy in majority of women.
You keep can keep a watch on how many rupture this cycle.

Clomifene is a nonsteroidal ovulation induction drug. It is given for ovulation induction in an ovulatory menstrual cycles. But it leads to maturation of multiple follicles at same time. One of the adverse effect of this drug is multiple pregnancy. Hence it should be taken under monitoring of gyenacologist.
