I just had an phneumothorax expontanius 8 weeks ago and had a thoracoscopy and pleurodesis 2 weeks ago!
I was send home after 3 days feeling good with no pain medicines.after the 10th day of surgery Ibstarted with a constant caugh and of course coughing so much make my incisions get tender and painful.I develop a rash at the hospital with The though of allergy reaction to the tape or morphine.Now in the last 3 days I feel the rash coming back with major burning and sensitive on the same side as they operate but goes under my breasypt and on top of my front and lower ribs.I had shingles before and the sythoms are very similar.Shall I start with the shingles medicine?
