Dr. reffered me MRI Cervical Spine without contrast as i have been suffering from neck pain on left had side since 5 years. this pain leads to migraine these days constantly and my neck on left and right side gets swollen. beside this, pain remains 24 hours on neck and my muscles gets stiff.

Findings of MRI Report

1. disc osteophyte complex at the level of c5/c6 causing indentation on thecal sac. howevere, no gross narrowing of the existing nerve root foramen identified bilaterally.
2. vertebrae and invertebal discs return normal signals
3. vertebral body heights are maintained
4. the spinal cord appears normal in caliber and signal characteristics
5. Cranio-cervical junction appears normal
6. pre and paravertrebral soft tissue are normal
7. no evidence of marrow replacement
