Dr sir i have burning pain under right side jaw near carotid artery near laymp node i have digonosis by ent throt endoscopy and CT of pns but body tell root casue kindly sugested what is this i consult cancer dr but no any abnormality by the same . can you guide me what is the root casuse of the pain .

my history i have cough/mucas last 2 year TB and allergy test found ok
