Drank, Nauseous, Food Is Unappealing. What Should I Do?

I went drinking on Wednesday night and had a horrible Thursday where I was nauseous for he entire day and had troubles keeping food and water down (when I could ingest it). Today, a new day, I am still slightly nauseous and feel vey weak and food is still unappealing. I have eaten a few crackers and a few grapes. What should I do?

hi there, looks like a case of gastritis induced by alcohol. You should go easy on spicey or oily food and instead try and take some steamed stuff. Use antacid like Nexpro or Pantop twice a day for 15 days and if you smoke cut down on the smoking. Try and avoid citrous fruits and juices and it will help to have some milk shakes or yogurt.Try taking small meals and plenty of fluids. Hope you feel better, take care.
