Driving Home Today My Vision Suddenly Went Funny. I Had

Driving home today my vision suddenly went funny. I had to pull over a while. No other symptoms, but never experienced this before. Covering each eye they each seemed fine on their own, but with both eyes open it was like they were slightly out of sync with what they were seeing. Not blurry, not painful or itchy. Lasted about 5 mins. Any cause for concern? I was driving at night and had been in the car for a while, but it was very sudden.
