Dear Welcome to HCM We understand your concern. E cigarettes are relatively new. The manufacturers claim to have done all the test on human beings, but it is always not that way. Your husband must have developed some allergic symptoms due to the use of e cigarettes. Some anxiety patterns arising out of withdrawal anxiety are also evident. Please consult your GP for further advice.
