Dry Mouth With Grainy Like Feeling In Tongue, Feels Choked. Diagnosed With Lesions In Brain Stem. Treatment?

Hi. I had been diagnosis with two lesions on my brain stem. At the moment i have a very dry mouth with a grainy like feeling on my tongue. It is so grainy that when i swallow it irritates my throat as well and i feel chocked. Please help me find a relieve as I am so depressed with this condition. My saliva is also foamy.

According to your clinical symptoms i suppose that you have developed with the condition called ' Burning mouth syndrome'
I would suggest you to get a checkup done by the Dentist.
At home you can sip water after short intervals to keep yourself hydrated.
Take multivitamin sulpements.
Avoid stress, anxiety if any.
Avoid alcohol and smoking as it may worsen the condition.
Avoid hot and spicy foodstuffs.
Maintain a good oral hygiene.
