Dry Patch Under Arms And Shoulder, Scabs
Hi. I have a single dry small dry patch on my shoulder . it s not red or anything. I had a dark dry patch under my arm for like a year. I thought i just needed to scrub that area better. I just noticed i have brown long streak going across that same dark spot.They almost look like scabs to me. The skin is breaking. What is it?

hi dry patch on the shoulder can be nummular eczema.it is due to xerosis of the skin.it can be cured by atarax 25 mg at night,antibiotic twice daily and application of moisteriser along with dipsalic ointment over the lesion can cure the condition.if it is associated with oozing use a topical antibiotic cream like t bact ointment
