Dry Skin And Bumps With White Substance All Over The Penis. Treatment?

I have fordhce spots on my scrotum and the base of my penis. Well on the under side of the shaft by my cercumcision scar on the foreskin area i have had a few small white pimple like bumps that i can squeeze like a pimple and white substance comes outt just like a whitehead. But the bumps never go away. Now recently there are more than before. And up and down the shaft i have more of them that u can only see erect. And dry skin. I dont have health insurance to go see a doctor

Hi, you have spots on the scrotum and base of penis. had pimples at the begening of glans.
It appears to be the fungal infection, and the pimples may be of bacterial infection.
I usually prescribe penicilline V, grisofulvin, and some steroid injection. So i advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
