Dry Skin Patches On Face, Leg, Bumps On Soles With Fluid. What Are They?

Hi Dr. Grief. I have dry skin patches on my face as well as have noticed that on my left leg, there are dry brown spots like sores but not sores. Also I ve had these bumps on my soles for a while and once popped, they leak a fluid and leave a spot that disappears after a while. I know the face issue is pytiriasis rosea but I need help identifying what the dry skin on the leg and bumps on the feet are. Please help
