Drying After My Shower And Noticed A Large Amount Of

Drying after my shower and noticed a large amount of blood on my towel, wasn't sure at first where all the blood was coming from then I noticed my foot bleeding quite badly. Took a long time to get the bleeding stopped, noticed a pin head opening on my foot. By the time I got the bleeding stopped I was light headed. I have no injury, or reason for the bleeding.
