Due To An MVA 12 Years Ago, I Have Had

Due to an MVA 12 years ago, I have had 14 surgical procedures on my right foot, including a STAR ankle replacement. I have loss of sensation in some parts of the right foot, but in other areas of the same foot I have unpredictable jolts of nerve pain shooting through the toes, as well as extreme sensitivity to touch on the dorsal surface of the forefoot at the 4th and 5th metarsals, I use OTC anti-inflammatory q.a.m. as well as neurontin 300 mg b.i.d. Is there any topical ointment I can apply in the area mentioned above, that would help with this sensitivity?
