Due To Have Laproscopy To Remvove Bilocular Cyst From Left Ovary. Bleeding. Suggested Revoval Of Right Ovary And Fallipoan Tubes. Advice

I am having a laproscopy this Thursday to remove a bilocular cyst from my left ovary it measures 54,2x23.6x29.2mm. The cyst wall measures 3.1mm in thickness. The septum measure 2.9mm in thickness. The left locule of the cyst contains a solid area measuring about 13.3mm in diameter and also a fluid level with low echogenicity fluid nature. The left ovary cannot been seen separate from the cyst. I am 54 yrs and started bleeding for for a few days the are taking my rt ovary and fallipoan tubes aswell no cyst on my rt ovary

Thanks for posting your query.
Risk of malignant ovarian cyst keeps on increasing as age advances.
So it is better to get your bilateral ovaries removed to avoid any further complication.
