Due To Low Back And Stomach Pain, I Had A

Due to low back and stomach pain, I had a urine culture that showed WBC11-30, Esterase 3+. Was put on ciprofloxacin HCL, 250 Mgms. twice daily 4 days ago, not feeling better. Should I return to doctor or wait out until the end of the meds? should I see a Urologist or Gynecologist?
