Dull Pain Where Thigh Joints Join The Torso. Major Accident Several Years Back. Is This Related To Prostrate?

I fee a dull ache in inner region where my thigh joins the torso. This is evident after a night's sleep but goes off after an hour by streching or walking or doing exercise. I suffered a major accident about 17 years back and the part mentioned above was also affected. But since this pain is evident during rainy season and somewhat related to urinating even though there is not problem with relieving the bladder completely, I would like to know if it is related to prostrate

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Old hematoma occurred due to injury some times develops pain, so this may be the one reason.
As you mentioned that pain may be prostate enlargement ( mild degree).
Consult a surgeon and get ultrasound prostate.
One reason may be due to low grade urinary tract infection.
Urine and blood examination are other parameters for disease.
Good luck.
