During A Massage With My Face Down, I Became Very

During a massage with my face down, I became very congested. Now I don't feel any congestion at all, but my neck is still tight and I feel as though my tongue is tired and that I've been clentching my jaw. Not at night, I feel fine when I wake up and then it gets worse. My tongue also feels as though I've eaten something acidic. Could it be sinus? I don't feel congested at all now and I'm breathing fine. (Exactly how I felt before the massage). Or maybe it's just tension? I've also been battling a left inner-ear thing. Vertigo perhaps, although it feels as though there's something in my ear. My GP says there's nothing! I'm a 44 year old healthy woman.
