During A Routine Checkup I Found My BP To Be

During a routine checkup I found my BP to be 160/100. I also get a feeling that especially when i am getting my BP checked in the hospital i become anxious and the reading is high.
Allthough I cosulted a doctor and she prescribed me CARDACE H5 for 3 months. After one month, i monitored my BP at home using Digital monitors and most of the time my readings were below 135/90. I also do Carido exercises(45 mins a day on treadmill and cycling) and moderate weights.During second month i started getting dry cough and also discomfort in the chest intermittently.
After 3 months, i stopped Cardace and now again when i check my BP in Clicnic it shows 150/90 and aslo now during the day time i get headaches which wont allow me to concentrate on work and also appears like pain in my ears. I am not sure if stopping of teh cardace resulted in these?

Should I continue Cardace H5 for some more time? Or reduce i,e Cardace H2.5? I am 33 years old and continuing cardace for some more time willaffect my general health?
Before 3-4 months i didnt even know that i have high BP and never had any symptoms/headaches/chestpain. only after i started taking Cardace tab, i satrted experiencing this.

Also I drink lot of water and when i am on diurectic shoolud i still continue drinking lots of water? Also also get cramps in only right ankle but it wont affect me duing running/jogging.
