During An Extended Period Of Dehydration That Ended In Partial

During an extended period of dehydration that ended in partial kidney failure, I started loosing feeling in my toes and up into my legs. Had room spinning, and nausea for many weeks. They had a real hard time getting any blood drawn at all. It is now a few months later after getting kidney function back, but the numbness in my toes and feet is still there with it being almost white in appearance. I think it may have effected my brain as well. What can I do about this?
