Hi, thanks for your query.

You have been treated with creams and isotretinoin for acne. These may lead to increased sensitivity to sunlight which has probably lead to dusky skin.

-You may apply a kojic acid based cream at night
-A broad spectrum sun screen during the day time. Repeat it every 3-4 hours.
-You may take a few sessions of chemical peels which will help in removing the superficial tan and also help in maintaining the results of acne treatment.

Hope this helps you.
