It can be anything from angina to myocardial infarction depending upon the type of changes in the ECG or it can be old changes. If the doctor has admitted the patient i am guessing it will be Myocardial Infarction which is usually called as Heart attack. Kindly consult the concerned doctor or if you can show me the recent ECG and any older ECG then i can tell you the correct diagnosis.

This can be any thing from just old changes in ECG to Myocardial Infarction(Heart attack) depending on the type of changes in ST segment and T-wave. If the doctor has admitted the patient i am guessing it to be M.I.
If you can show me picture of a recent ECG and an old ECG i can make a probable diagnosis otherwise consult your respective doctor who admitted the patient.
