Report shows Normal ECG then Unconfirmed Diagnosis 18-year-old PR 152 QRSD 97 QT 323 QTcB 413 QTcF 380 --AXIS-- P 73 QRS 63 T 53 Fac: ST 6 ECG1 However, doctor s diagnosis differs from lab technician s:- Right Ventricular Hypertrophy R or R wave in Lead V1 0.5mV and R:S ratio 1. Normal cardiac exam Pes D 3/12 2de NHC Asymptomatic No family history Who is right now?

I am qualified and certified cardiologist.
Your doctor is right in pointing out the abnormality. Further opinion can be given only after seeing the EKG. You will have to ask a direct question and upload the EKG and write in detail about other notes given to you by your doctor to get a proper second opinion. Good Luck. (Personally, I do not feel apart from this aberration you do not have heart disease)
