ECG Showing Minor Abnormality. Tightness In The Arm, Pins And Needles On The Hand. Due To Thyroid Problem?

My ECG test showed a minor abnormality, calcium was mentioned, I have to have blood test
I had a what I thought was an adrenalin attack a couple of weeks ago, not panic attack or hyperventilating.
I experienced slight tightness in my left upper arm
Pins and needles in my left hand and a fizzy right food.
I only have half a thyroid, and I don't take any medication to help it.

Sorry, I didn't realise it Wa this expensive
I can't afford to pay, I'm on disability benefit
I don't have debit card, credit card or PayPal . Just wanted some answers for peace of mind til bloods are done and echo test done

hello

As you have mentioned that your ecg had minor problems but feeling of pins and needles in your hand and feet with half thyroid

following are your probable diagnosis

feeling of pins and needles in your hand and feet clearly points to peripheral neuropathy

following are the causes of peripheral neuropathy in your case'

1.check your blood sugar
2.kidney functions
3.thyroid status
4.check your heart by echo 2d

i would say peripheral neuropathy has long differentils , but i have told you the most common

in the end i would say nothing to worry about as peripheral neuropathy is completely treatable with vitamin b12, pregabalin , tryptanol and so on
take care
