ECG Shows Diastolic LV Dysfunction. Liver Borderline Enlarged, Borderline Hepatomegaly. Suggestions?

i have done echo cardiogram-findings are given 1.mild hypokinesia of anteterior wall 2.diastolic LV dysfunction 3.LVEF= 59%
Final impression 1. Concentric LVH 2.RWMA+ 3. Diastolic LV Dysfunction

USG Abdomen
Liver : is borderline enlarged in size with moderate degree off Fat infiltration in parenchyma
borderline hepatomegaly with moderate steatosis
Now should I do? kndly advice

Fatty liver is the infiltration of fat stored in the liver's cells. The form of fat commonly seen in fatty liver is triglycerides.
Fatty liver can be caused by a variety of issues but the more common causes are alcoholism and obesity. other causes are Medications,Viral hepatitis ,Autoimmune or inherited liver disease ,Rapid weight loss , Malnutrition.
echo report suggestive of LAD artery of heart is blocked
you should consult with cardiologist and go for coronary angiography and life style modification ( both for heart and liver)
